Just finished watching the Oscar's today!
( so I take off my top hat )This is probably my first time watching the Academy Awards from start to finish (except well--see the
edits below), and I must say it was kinda fun! :3 Only I'd rather do without all those commercials. (Then again, wouldn't we all?)
The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian was only shown for like, a split second -- in the short presentation of
Action Movies of 2008. Is Narnia even supposed to be in that category? ;o; Oh well, I got my William Moseley swinging a sword fix during that split second, so...
Congratulations to all the winners~ ;D

Since I spent most -- or
all -- of my morning watching the Oscar's, I vowed that my afternoon would be dedicated to the one thing I'd rather not dedicate an afternoon to:
School Work for the Week.
Things to do:1) Tuesday [FA] FAGEtc layouting
2) Tuesday [Bio] Lab Exam #3
3) Wednesday [Socio] Reporting: Adolescent Reproductive Health (RH Bill, etc)
4) Friday [Socio] Debate
5) Saturday [Math] Exam #3
Hell week, much?
Thank goodness that today was declared a holiday, though; else my Math Exam of Doom, Third Edition would have been held today. Phew~

* On what Oscar hosts said: this is not verbatim, of course; despite the lag being only a few hours my brain does not remember the exact words said anymore. And I'm too lazy to Google. orz[EDIT 01] The Best Animated Film still exists! I think there was something wrong with the channel I was watching on or maybe I just missed it--probably on the time I went to take a bath? But that was during the Best Original Score... oh anyway.
alabapoy has kindly corrected me that
Wall-E did win an award! :3 Thanks, Pyorfaggot!
[EDIT 02]
alabapoy confirmed that the Best Animated Film award DID happen right after the Best Original Score award--WHICH IS WHEN I TOOK THE LIBERTY TO BATHE. But I was so quick--I ONLY TOOK SECONDS!!! (Well, no. Give or take a few minutes?) ;o; I didn't want to miss anything, yet it seems I missed what I was looking forward to the most. WHY.
